Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal marries Mexican Super-Model Grecia Munoz.
A person familiar with the matter revealed that Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal tied the knot with model-entrepreneur Grecia Munoz. The person added, declining to be named, that their wedding took place over a month ago. Munoz, a Mexican-born native, was once a fashion model and is now focusing on her own start-up, specializing in high-end consumer goods.
Grecia Munoz and Deepinder Goyal reportedly returned from their honeymoon in February. Munoz says she was born in Mexico and is now living in India, according to her Instagram bio. Goyal is married twice. He met Kanchan Joshi while studying at IIT-Delhi and married her. Munoz teased us with glimpses of her “Dilli Darshan” back in January.
Munoz shared photographs that showed her visiting some of the national capital‘s famous monuments on Instagram, sharing glimpses of her new life at her new home. Deepinder Goyal is the founder and CEO of Zomato, a food delivery platform based in Gurugram. The company was founded by him in 2008, when it was known as Foodiebay. Growing into a food delivery giant, Zomato is now present in more than a thousand cities in India. The company introduced a ‘pure veg’ fleet of delivery executives who would wear green uniforms and deliver only vegetarian food earlier this week. The green dress code was dropped after criticism on social media, with Goyal acknowledging that on-ground segregation could put the safety of their delivery executives at risk.
