Vivek Bindra, a prominent motivational speaker, is facing domestic violence accusations initiated by his brother-in-law, Vaibhav Kwatra.
The complaint alleges a violent dispute between Bindra, his mother, and wife Yanika at Supernova West Residency in Noida's Sector 94 on December 7. Video footage circulating on social media purportedly shows severe injuries sustained by Yanika.
The First Information Report (FIR) outlines that Bindra allegedly physically assaulted Yanika, causing impaired hearing. The complaint also claims the destruction of Yanika's mobile phone during the incident.
Bindra is also entangled in alleged scam accusations following a video titled "Big Scam Expose" by Sandeep Maheshwari. Students claim to have been misled by Bindra's company, Bada Business Private Limited.
Bindra countered the scam allegations on his YouTube channel, questioning the credibility of Maheshwari's claims and expressing surprise at the lack of outreach from Maheshwari's team to hear his side of the story.
